RYDEMERE accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

For a standard return, the product should be unused, unopened, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the order and provide the appropriate resolution.

For safety reasons, opened or leaking chemical products may not always need to be mailed back. Return instructions will depend on the specific issue and fulfillment requirements.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Customers may be responsible for return-shipping costs on ordinary preference-based returns unless otherwise stated.
